Sara Perez-Estrada
February 20, 1933 - May 10, 2020
Sara Perez Estrada was born on Febuary 20th 1933 in Patillas Puerto Rico and passed on May 10th 2020 at the age of 87 due to congestive heart failure in her home in Egg Harbor City New Jersey. An amazing mom and homemaker survived by her children; Daughters Eve Iris Colon Rodiquez (Ruben), Maria Estrada, Marisa Estrada, Rosa Lebron (Edwin); Sons Jose E. Estrada, Israel Estrada, as well as seventeen grandchildren, a village of great grandchildren, a handful of great great grandchildren, four sisters Julia, Minerva, Freddy, Esther, and lastly an abundance of nephews and nieces. Predeceased by a loving husband Jose Enrique Estrada. Her bestfriend of many years Rafael Alequin also including four siblings Fela, Maty, Camelo, Elias, and one grandchild Herbie Jr. Martinez. Sara was a devoted Pentecostal woman who bore the mantle of mom, grandma, great grandma, great great grandma and nana with the utmost of dignity and respect. She was a woman who always spoke her mind and put her family first even when it was at the expense of her own well being. While she will be missed she will never be forgotten because she will live on in the hearts and memories of those who were blessed to have been touched by her remarkable light. May the good lord bless her with the peace she deserves in her afterlife until we meet again. God gained another angel. “Our precious mom,” although we were not ready to let you go, it was your time to be closer to God. Thank you mom for all the beautiful memories you left behind. Thank you for the unconditional love you shared and had for all your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. We pray that your heart has found peace and that your soul rest in paradise. We love you forever and always.
